Are your items pre-worn?
Due to the nature of vintage items we can not guarantee that all of our pieces have not been pre-worn however we work with suppliers that try to ensure that we are providing unworn pieces. The majority of our items are sourced from deadstock, a term used to describe stock that was never sold to/used by consumers before being removed from sale, usually because it was outdated. Deadstock is often warehoused, but it can also subsequently be offered for sale.
What is a reworked piece?
A rework piece is an authentic vintage piece that has been altered by our rework team into new and unique pieces. An example of this is our rework halters which are made from hand picked vintage fabrics. Each one of these items is completely unique and a one off and they are all designed by us, right here in house.
Where do you get your rework done?
We have a crazily dedicated and equally talented rework team that rework all our pieces by hand with nothing but love right here in Dublin.
Why can I not I buy this in all sizes?
Due to the nature of our vintage and rework items, they are all unique and one-off pieces so are only available in the size that we have listed.
How do I know if this is an authentic designer piece?
We source all our stock from a trusted and reliable supplier however due to the nature of vintage items, the related authenticity information is not always available. Every effort has been made to ensure that any designer stock is authentic and prices are lowered to reflect the fact that authenticity information is not always provided.
How do you size your items?
Due to the changing sizes over the years, the size on the label of our pieces may not be in line with todays measurements. The size included in the description of the item is our best estimate of the size of the item. We also always include the model measurements to help you decide whether something will fit you. Please be sure to check the estimate sizing and how the item fits on the model to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
If I see something online is it also available in store?
No, all pieces on our depop are online exclusives. Stock is different in both stores and online and is constantly changing.
Can you tell me if you will be restocking this item?
Due to the nature of vintage stock, every piece is one-off so we can not guarantee that we will ever be restocking an item.
How do I buy something I saw on the Instagram account?
-Items on the @ninecrows Instagram account are available to buy online, we can ship straight to you or you can choose to collect in store in our flagship Temple Bar store.
-Items on the @ninecrowstemplebar Instagram account are available to buy in store in the Temple Bar store or over the phone. You can purchase over the phone by calling 015510223 and can be collected in store or posted to you.
-Items on the @ninecrowsxtopshop Instagram account are available to buy in store at our Topshop concessions in St Stephens Green and Jervis in Dublin.
Can I amend my order?
Amendments to orders may be possible providing the order has not already been processed and shipped. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Order Amendment’ and we will respond as quickly as possible to try and amend your order.
My order has not arrived yet, what do I do?
In the case of a late or undelivered order you can contact us on email@example.com with the subject line ‘Late Order’ and we will try to sort the problem for you.
An item is missing from my order, what do i do?
If you are missing an item from your order email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Missing Items’ and we will send the missing item as soon as possible with free delivery for the inconvenience caused.
I have received a faulty item or an incorrect item, what do I do?
Vintage and reworked items are final sale and sold as seen. Please be sure to check size, condition notes and photos to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of vintage items, we regret that we can only refund vintage items if it has been agreed with us via email that the item has been grossly misrepresented, mutually agreed by Nine Crows that the damage could not have occurred while in the ownership of the purchaser. We hope you understand the need for this and please note we are always as reasonable as possible.
How do I return something to you?
All of our vintage and rework pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Please be sure to check size, condition notes and photos to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. If we agree that the product has been grossly misrepresented, we can offer a refund or exchange within seven days. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, with no refund or exchange unless faulty. Non-vintage, non-sale, unworn items can be returned for refund only when received within 28 days of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE : All return items must be unworn and unwashed with tags in place. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.
